Welcome to TOFIL Online

The Outstanding Filipino (TOFIL) Award is a project of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Senate Philippines and the Insular Life Assurance Co., Limited.

Conceived in 1988 to institutionalize public recognition of men and women, 41 years of age and over, whose exemplary achievements are worthy of emulation, TOFIL celebrates the time-honored traditions of excellence, hard work and fidelity demonstrated by our senior heroes in the task of building a free, fair and peaceful society.

Having recognized outstanding Filipinos for more than two decades now, TOFIL has become an institution, having developed a reputation for its selectiveness of outstanding men and women upon whom the award is conferred. TOFIL seeks to give national recognition to Filipinos whose selfless dedication to their profession or vocation has resulted in significant contributions to the welfare of their countrymen and our country at large, as well as to the advancement of their respective fields of endeavor.
